We know emergencies can happen at any time, which is why ELAA INTERNATIONAL’s ambulance transport service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether for a planned transport or an emergency situation, our team is ready to intervene quickly and effectively to provide the assistance you need.
We have also implemented a system to minimize response times and ensure that every patient receives prompt care.
We offer a full range of medical transport services, from simple transfers to more complex situations requiring continuous monitoring and specialized “en route care”. Whether your need is a simple return home or a transfer for consultation, inter-hospital transfer, or transport of a mechanically ventilated patient, we have the right solutions.
All our ambulances comply with the European Union standard for ambulances and medical transport vehicles: EN 1789.
They are classified into two categories to better meet your needs:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Ambulances: Ideal for patients requiring basic care, these ambulances are equipped for the safe transport of stable patients.
- ACLS/ALS (Advanced Life Support) Ambulances: For more complex situations, our ACLS/ALS ambulances are equipped with resuscitation and intensive care equipment. The ambulance crew consists of specialized healthcare professionals, Emergency Medical Technicians, Anesthesia Technicians, Emergency Physicians…) capable of managing life-threatening and critical emergencies during transport.
With a General Manager actively involved since 2004 in the fields of emergencies, emergency medical transport, and pre-hospital care, as well as a highly qualified, trained, and certified transport team (ambulance drivers and medical staff) (ALS, ACLS, ETC, ITLS and PHTLS) to handle all types of medical situations, we are committed to providing, in the shortest time possible, excellent quality service with optimal care.
Our transport teams are composed of emergency, rescue, and medical transport professionals, fully familiar with prehospital (SAMU/SMUR) methods. In addition to academic training and complementary certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), our staff receives ongoing additional training (in-house CME program – Continuing Medical Education) enabling them to effectively manage critical medical situations.
We are also proud to count among our staff and collaborators specialized nurses, emergency medical technicians, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, intensivists, cardiologists, psychiatrists, and pediatricians, among others. Their expertise and training ensure that each patient receives care tailored to their situation
Our ambulances are equipped with the latest technologies in emergency medical equipment. This includes defibrillators, cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, suction units, resuscitation devices, and everything needed to ensure comprehensive and secure care during transport
We also offer a 24/7 Assistance Center (AC) and medical coordination (Coordinating Doctors). This service ensures smooth coordination of all interventions, guaranteeing rapid and effective care with continuous follow-up from start to finish of the transport.
Our AC is available to answer all your questions and organize your transport quickly and efficiently.
We operate throughout all the Tunisian territory.
We also handle missions to/from Algeria and Libya!
