Founded in 2018, ELAA INTERNATIONAL quickly established itself as a key player in medical services, local and international assistance, consulting, and training. Driven by a clear vision, we provide high-quality health and assistance solutions while staying at the forefront of innovation.
Our activities: ELAA INTERNATIONAL delivers a comprehensive suite of integrated services, including local and international medical assistance, ground ambulance services, air medical transport, healthcare staffing, medical solutions and services for sites and events. Additionally, we provide taxi transport, automotive, technical, and home assistance, as well as specialized consulting services.
To uphold excellence and ensure a high level of competence and responsiveness, we also offer training programs through our accredited training center, ELAA INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CENTER (EITC).

The founder of ELAA INTERNATIONAL, Dr. Nour Naili, is an Emergency Physician with extensive experience in medical assistance, emergency medical transport, medical evacuations, and medical training since 2008.
Internationally, we are proud to be correspondents for EURO CENTER and the International Assistance Group (IAG). In Tunisia, we have the privilege of serving leading companies such as SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS, SERGAZ, STAM, and GMC, among others.

Message from the founder
As an Emergency Physician, I have had the privilege of exploring numerous fields related to medical assistance, air evacuations, training, and medical services for sites and large-scale events. This experience has allowed me to deeply understand the challenges our sector faces and to commit to addressing them with passion.
In 2018, driven by a vision of transformation and innovation, I founded ELAA INTERNATIONAL. My goal has always been to push the boundaries of excellence in our services, whether in ground ambulance transport, air medical transport, medical assistance, or consulting and training. Our approach is based on a rigorous policy, supported by international certifications and the integration of the most advanced technologies.
My passion for development, digitalization, and artificial intelligence is not just a strategic axis for ELAA INTERNATIONAL; it is at the heart of our mission. We strive to continuously improve the quality of our services by adopting innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and allow us to offer our clients unparalleled flexibility.
