FIRE PREVENTION
The objectives
Acquisition of the necessary knowledge :
- Proper execution of the first actions to fight a developing fire in order to extinguish it or limit its spread while awaiting the arrival of professional firefighters.
- To the organization and communication of the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Understand fire and its behavior, the equipment, and the techniques for fighting fires.
Familiarize oneself and master the use of emergency equipment. Put oneself, perhaps for the first time, in a situation facing a fire:
- Familiarize oneself and master the different methods of fire extinguishing.
- Familiarize oneself with extinguishing the different classes of fires (A, B, C).
Target audience
The personnel of various companies (mining, oil, industrial, commercial…), airport staff, port staff…
